alec the science kid started Flydoodle Science when he was 9 years old because he wanted kids to see just how awesome science really is. by the time he was 13 years old, he had already written five science books for kids and had been all over the news trying to accomplish his mission of making science fun.

his favorite moments are when he got to interview 'sciencelebrity', steve spangler and when he got picked to go on 'shark tank' in 2013. he didn't get an offer and they didn't air his episode, but he will never forget standing in front of lori greiner, robert herjavec, mark cuban, kevin o'leary, and barbara Corcoran pitching flydoodle science to them. it was an amazing experience!
